Problematic
Problematic sexual behaviors can feel like an overwhelming cycle you can’t escape. These behaviors
often come with a heavy burden of shame and guilt, leaving you feeling isolated and stuck. You might
feel like you’re fighting a battle you can never win, as each promise to change ends in frustration and
disappointment. The pain and misery these patterns take on your relationships, career, and self-e
steem can be devastating, making it even harder to find a way out. But here’s the truth: these
behaviors do not define you, and recovery is absolutely possible. With the right tools and support, you
can break free from the cycle, heal the wounds driving your actions, and reclaim your sense of self-
worth. Change is within your reach and starts with taking that first step toward healing.
Even though my sexual behavior was irresponsible or reckless, I found it difficult to stop.
Sex/Porn has been the most important thing in my life.
I did not accomplish important tasks because of my sexual behavior.
My sexual desires controlled me.
My sexual activities interfered with my work and/or education.
I often found myself in embarrassing or regrettable situations because of my sexual behavior.
I’m more than a coach. With training in ICF standards and RIM® Essentials, I bring a unique blend of structured methodologies, emotional depth, and lived experience to our work together. My background as a combat medic in the Army, with a deployment in a high-pressure environment, has honed my ability to empathize, adapt, and connect deeply with individuals facing life’s toughest challenges while maintaining emotional resilience. My journey through being attacked in grad school for being "the enemy," working corporate jobs, struggles with personal mental health after returning from war, and overcoming barriers in my own growth has shaped my commitment to helping others achieve their fullest potential.
Unlike generic solutions, my approach is deeply personal and tailored to your unique circumstances. I leverage the powerful tools of RIM® to address subconscious blocks and pair them with actionable, results-oriented coaching strategies. These strategies focus on helping you make clear, intentional decisions and establish habits that lead to sustainable growth and fulfillment. Whether you’re dealing with shame, guilt, or uncertainty, I create a safe, judgment-free space where we can explore your potential and take meaningful steps forward.
Together, we’ll create a customized path forward that’s uniquely yours. This isn’t about quick fixes; it’s about profound, lasting growth and reclaiming the life you deserve.
With a combination of ICF coaching techniques and RIM® (Regenerating Images in Memory) services, I offer a safe, judgment-free space for you to:
Identify Root Causes: Unearth what’s driving these behaviors so you can address the core issues, not just the symptoms.
Rewrite Your Narrative: Break free from limiting beliefs and create empowering stories about who you are and what you deserve.
Build Sustainable Habits: Develop tools and strategies that fuel lasting, meaningful change in your life.
Experience Emotional Freedom: Through RIM®, release emotional triggers and patterns holding you back, fostering genuine healing and empowerment.
Our work begins with a recovery education session, where we’ll set the foundation for understanding your behaviors and developing a clear, actionable path forward. This is followed by six sessions, alternating between RIM® sessions and coaching sessions. RIM® sessions tap into your subconscious, helping you uncover and release emotional blocks, while coaching sessions focus on conscious, actionable strategies to align your behaviors with your values and goals. Together, these methods create a holistic path to recovery that’s both transformative and empowering.

If you’re ready to take charge of your behaviors and invest in meaningful change, this program is designed for you. It’s especially effective for high achievers seeking to address problematic sexual behaviors, reduce shame, and build a fulfilling life.
While some clients feel significant relief after their first RIM session, most experience sustained progress through six structured sessions. The alternating approach between RIM and coaching accelerates results compared to traditional methods.
Coaching is about the person and not the problem. It deals with shifting habits and behaviors to create the version of the client they want to be. Surprisingly, there is a lot of overlap between the two, but there are still many differences. Coaching is not therapy, nor should it be used as a substitute for therapy should it be needed.
During and after this program, I recommend daily journaling, meditating, paying attention to what you’re experiencing internally, and noticing where your thoughts take you.
The first session is a recovery education session. During this session, we’ll build a foundation of understanding your behaviors, identify triggers, and set a clear, actionable path forward. This session sets the tone for the transformational work we’ll do together.
I can’t guarantee this. But I can tell you that the more work you put in, the greater your chance at recovery. I’ve had MANY clients achieve success, but not everyone.
During and after this program, I recommend daily journaling, meditating, paying attention to what you’re experiencing internally, and noticing where your thoughts take you.
Those who have severe distress or problematic behaviors. If this applies to you, we suggest you find a certified sex addiction therapist (CSAT) to work with.
Those who engage in illegal behaviors. ANY illegal behaviors will be reported to the applicable authorities.
Those doing this program for others and not because they want to. I hate to tell you, but if this is the case,
you will not be successful because you don’t want it.
You have one year from the date of purchase to use your session(s) before they are forfeited. You may use your paid-for service any time in this one-year time frame with a minimum of a 24-hour notice by signing up on the facilitator’s calendar. If you lose the link, please email [email protected].
There is a 24-hour cancellation policy. Your session is forfeited if you cancel late or are a no-show. Please reschedule your sessions before this point to avoid forfeiture.
All sales are final.
